Yes — delivery and pickup are included in every package across the Omaha metro. We drop off before your move and collect when you're done.
Always. Every tote is wiped down and inspected between rentals, so they arrive ready for your clothes, dishes, and everything else.
Every package is a 7-day rental — enough for most moves. We drop off before your move and pick up 7 days later, or whenever works within your window.
Just let us know before your pickup date and add days or weeks — no need to repack early or rush your unpacking. Extension rates are listed in the Rental Agreement.
Yes — if you'd rather keep them, you can purchase totes for $10 each. Just let us know and we'll add it to your order.
No buying, taping, or assembling. They stack flat, shrug off rain and stairs, and there's nothing to break down afterward — we haul them away and reuse them.

Rental agreement
By completing your reservation, you agree to the terms below.
Equipment responsibility
- You're responsible for all rented totes and equipment from delivery until pickup is completed.
- All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered — normal wear and tear excepted.
Damage or loss
Replacement costs:
Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the card used at checkout.
Late returns
If items aren't ready for pickup on the scheduled date, additional charges may apply:
- 20 totes: $40 per extra week, or $7 per extra day
- 40 totes: $60 per extra week, or $9 per extra day
- 80 totes: $80 per extra week, or $12 per extra day
- Hand truck: $40 per extra week or $6 per extra day standalone; $20 per extra week or $3 per extra day with a tote-package add-on

Pickup access
All totes must be empty, accessible, and ready for pickup. If they aren't accessible, additional fees may apply.
Proper use
Totes may not be used for:
- Hazardous materials
- Liquids without proper sealing
- Illegal or damaging contents
You're responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
Liability
OmaTotes is not liable for injury or damage to personal property during use. You assume all risks associated with use of the equipment.
Condition acknowledgment
All items are delivered clean and in usable condition.
Changes & extensions
Contact us before your scheduled pickup date if you need an extension. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
Non-return & replacement charges
If equipment isn't returned within 30 days of delivery and no extension is arranged, it will be considered unreturned. You authorize OmaTotes to charge your card for replacement costs (tote $10, tote dolly $40, hand truck $150). Returned items after charges may be refunded at our discretion.
